Your room will be ready for you from 2 PM on the day of arrival. You are welcome to use the SPA area if you are arriving earlier, subject to availability.
We kindly ask you to let us know if you have any intolerances or other special dietary requirements ideally when booking your stay. All our rooms are carpet-free and feature allergy-friendly beds.
We would be happy to supply you with our cosy bathrobes for the duration of your stay. These can be found in your room. Should you require a different size, simply let us know in advance. Please contact our reception team for assistance.
We would be happy to provide you with baby cots, changing mats, nappy bins or bottle warmers free of charge.
The nearest bank (Raiffeisenbank, including 24h ATM) is approx. 200 metres from the hotel towards the village centre.
We hire them out during the summer free of charge and subject to availability. The bikes we have available are located directly in front of the main entrance, and a lock with a number is attached to them. Simply tell us this number at reception and you will receive the key for it.
We serve an extensive breakfast buffet featuring local products in the restaurant daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM (summer) and from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM (winter).
You are welcome to store your own bikes in our bike cellar. The entrance for this is located at the southern end of the building. To access the bike cellar, you will need a key card. Please lock your bikes in the bike cellar. Should you not have your own bike lock with you, you can borrow one free of charge at the reception.
Are you on the lookout for a good book or a game to pass the time? Books can be borrowed from our library in the Garden SPA free of charge (from the age of 16). Games can be borrowed free of charge at reception. We hope you have lots of fun!
You can settle your bill at our reception in cash or by card (Visa, Master Card, debit card). Feel free to leave a deposit at the reception at any time during your stay.
Your room will be available to you until 10:30 AM on the day of departure. You are then welcome to enjoy our SPA area (subject to availability). Feel free to continue using your SPA bag. Please hand it in at the reception upon departure. If you would like to enjoy our afternoon buffet on the day of departure, you can book this at reception for an additional charge. We hope you understand that it is not possible to return to use the SPA area after leaving the hotel on the day of departure.
Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. We do not have a special dress code here. Feel free to enjoy your afternoon snack in your bathrobe to fully savour your SPA days with us. We would only like to ask you to not wear your bathrobe to dinner and breakfast. Of course, we would be delighted if you could brighten up our dinner with your evening dress.
We offer cosmetic treatments on the ground floor of the Garden SPA. We kindly ask you to book your treatments in advance so that we can meet your appointment requirements. Treatment appointments can be booked on site, subject to availability, via your room telephone (SPA reception number 74), directly at the SPA reception or at the hotel reception. Cancellations shall be free of charge - unless otherwise stated in your quote or in the reservation confirmation - up to 4 weeks prior to the planned arrival date. After that, the Austrian hotel contract conditions shall apply.
Should it be the case that you have to change your room because of an extension, we kindly ask you to just pack your luggage together. You are free to plan your day as usual. As soon as your new room is ready for occupancy, we will handle the room change for you and your new key will be waiting for you at reception.
You are welcome to make a deposit. Please contact our reception to do so.
Dinner is always served from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM as part of our half-board service. We kindly ask you to arrive at the restaurant no later than 8:30 PM.

The protection of our environment is of course very important to us as a Garden Hotel. That is why we try to contribute to the protection of our nature as much as possible. For example, almost our entire roof area is fitted with a photovoltaic system to generate clean electricity. Of course, your help makes it a lot easier for us to protect the environment. You can, for instance, indicate that you would like a new towel by placing it on the floor in your room. If the towel is hanging on the towel warmer, it means that you would like to continue using it. Many thanks for your cooperation!
We would be glad to assist you with ordering flowers. Simply contact reception.
Please remain calm in the event of a fire. The description of our escape route can be found on the internal door in your room. If the alarm sounds, please leave the hotel as quickly as possible. Do not use the lift under any circumstances.
We have decided not to equip our rooms and suites with fridges for the sake of the environment. Nevertheless, we are happy to provide you with one free of charge (subject to availability) in your room should you urgently require one (medication, etc.).
Our central location in the Tyrolean Oberland means that a wide range of hiking trails can either be reached directly from the hotel or within a few minutes' drive. More information about this can be found in the interactive map (also here in the digital guest folder), or of course at reception.
Free wi-fi is available throughout the hotel, with no password required.
We would be happy to store your luggage for you on the day of arrival or departure.
We also offer a late check-out option, subject to availability. This allows you to use your room for the whole day on the day of departure before starting your journey home in a relaxed manner. More information can be obtained from our hotel reception.
We kindly ask you not to reserve any loungers in the SPA area out of respect for all our guests.
You are also welcome to have your clothes washed or ironed in our hotel. You will generally get your clothes back within one day. The costs for the cleaning service will be provided following consultation at the reception.

We are not allowed to hand out medicines of any kind (not even aspirin) for legal reasons. The nearest doctor with an over-the-counter pharmacy is Dr. Krehn in Ried. The nearest pharmacies are in Landeck (approx. 20 minutes drive) or in Zams (also approx. 20 minutes drive).

Our large sauna area on the lower level, as well as the outdoor sauna in the adult spa are nude zones. The area around the bathing ponds is a mixed zone, where it is up to each guest whether they wish to use it with or without clothing. All other areas are non-nude zones.
We have various magazines and newspapers available at reception and in the library of the Garden SPA if you are looking for something to browse through. Once you have finished reading your newspaper, other guests will certainly be looking forward to reading it, so we kindly ask you to put it back where you found it. Many thanks.

Kindly pay your hotel bill on the evening before your check-out by 9:30 PM at the latest or at the reception from 7:00 AM on the day in question. Payment is possible in cash, by debit card, Mastercard and Visa.
Kindly note that pets are not allowed in our hotel out of consideration for all our guests.
If you intend to depart before 7:30 AM, kindly let one of our service staff or our reception team know the evening before departure by 8:00 PM at the latest, so that we can prepare a packed lunch for you if required.
Parking facilities are provided in the form of our large hotel car park on the opposite side of the road, the parking area around the old building next to the hotel, and the areas directly in front of the hotel.
Both are available at the hotel reception. We can also take your postcards directly to the post office on request.
You will find a detailed list of your drinks from the previous day in your room locker at reception.
Our reception team will be happy to assist you daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. The internal extension number for the reception is 900.
We kindly ask you not to reserve any loungers in our rest rooms / relaxation areas out of respect for all our guests.
We would be grateful if you could inform us of any defects or damage in your room and in the hotel.
You will need your room key to open the door to your room, for the electricity supply in the room, to open the ski depot and for the night entrance from 10 PM. When leaving the hotel at night, or in case of an early departure, please find the door opener on the right side of the main entrance. All doors to the public areas of the hotel remain open during the day; you do not need a key card here.
All of our hotel is non-smoking. There are smoking areas in front of the hotel entrances, on the terrace or on your room balcony. Please keep the balcony door closed when smoking on the balcony in order to avoid contaminating the fabrics in your room. We will charge you if the room has to be specially cleaned after your departure due to cigarette smoke.
You have access to a safe in your room for your valuables. You will find detailed instructions on how to use it enclosed.
The "Summer Card-Basic" is included with your summer stay. This card gives you various discounts throughout our region. You can upgrade to the Summer Card Gold for a fee; more information is available at the reception.
Ski tickets can be ordered conveniently from reception and charged to your room bill. We do, of course, offer the same rates as the cable car ticket offices.
We recommend using the free ski bus to reach the valley stations of the surrounding ski resorts during your winter holiday here with us. The ski bus to Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and Fendels stops directly in front of the hotel entrance. Precise departure times are available from reception.

We recommend the "Sport Burtscher" sports shop in the centre of Ried, an approx. 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, for all kinds of sports equipment. You will receive a 10% discount on rentals as a guest of the Linde.
You are welcome to rent toboggans free of charge directly at the hotel during the winter, subject to availability. The nearest toboggan runs are: Ried toboggan run (in the village), Fendels toboggan run (accessible by cable car from the village), Fiss toboggan run (approx. 15 minute drive), Serfaus toboggan run (approx. 20 minute drive), Nauders toboggan run (approx. 25-minute drive).
Feel free to use your room phone for telephone calls. To do so, simply pre-dial an extra "0". The billed amount for calls will automatically be charged to your room account. Calls within the hotel are free of charge. Just dial the respective room number in this case. Dial "9" to reach reception.
You can either hand over tips directly to the member of staff or put them in the tip jar at the reception desk. It will be divided equally among all the staff there.
The family-owned taxi company "SFL-Taxi" will be happy to assist you with transfers of any kind. Telephone number +43 5476 / 6700. We will also gladly assist you with taxi bookings at the reception (extension 9).
Our service team will be happy to guide you to the table you have reserved for breakfast and dinner for the duration of your stay on your first evening with us. Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your table and we will of course try to fulfil your wishes to the best of our ability.
We would be happy to prepare any vouchers for you directly at reception or by email, telephone or simply and conveniently for you to print out yourself via our website on request.
Available free of charge throughout the hotel. All you have to do is connect to the "Hotel-Linde" network. You do not need a password.
A wellness bag is available for you to use during your stay. Should you be particularly fond of our wellness bags, then you can also purchase them at our hotel reception.
